FAQ
ORDERING
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Ordering your artwork print is easy and secure. When you browse my artwork collections and find an artwork you want to purchase, click on its photo. You will be redirected to the photo page with a description of the artwork. Scroll down to see the purchase options. There are 3 or 4 choices, one for each type of print media. Next to each print media is a drop-down menu with the available sizes and prices. Select a print media and print size and click the "Add to cart" button. You will be taken to a shopping cart where you can make a payment. Please refer to the "What payment options do you accept" section below.
CAN I BUY YOUR PRINTS ANYWHERE ELSE?
As an independent artist, I sell my artwork prints exclusively through this website.
DO YOU OFFER LIMITED EDITION PRINTS?
Yes, I do. My artworks are available to purchase as Limited Editions or Curated Open Editions in the media styles described here.
I might be the only photography artist in the world who sells Limited Edition artwork prints in a non-standard quantity of 18 pieces. My Limited Editions are released as a series of 18 pieces total, regardless of size or medium. Two Artist's Proofs are designated for each medium. To make it easier to find these artworks available as Limited Editions, I have listed them here.
Limited Editions can be found mixed throughout my artwork collections. They will be noted in photo descriptions as "Limited Edition". You can also enter "Limited Edition" in the Search to find all artworks available as Limited Editions.
WHY DO YOUR LIMITED EDITIONS COME AS A SERIES OF 18 PRINTS TOTAL?
In Judaism, 18 is a significant number.
Each letter in Hebrew has a numerical value. Number 10 is the letter "Yud." Number 8 is the letter "Het." "Het Yud" spells the word Chai (חי), pronounced in English as "hi" or "high," which is a word that means "life. It is a Jewish custom to give monetary gifts in increments of 18, symbolically giving the recipient the gift of “life” or luck, and emphasizing the importance of life.
Hence, each of my Limited Edition prints has its own life, and when you purchase one of the 18th pieces of the artwork, you purchase a piece of its life, and I hope it will bring you luck and positive feelings.
DO YOU OFFER A MOCKUP PREVIEW OPTION BEFORE I MAKE A PURCHASE?
Yes, I do. I can create a personalised mockup to help you visualise how your favourite artwork print would look on your wall before you commit to the investment. This page has all the information on how to order your mockup (it is free of charge), and examples of how my artwork may look as a part of the interior design of homes and offices.
WILL I GET STATUS UPDATES ON MY ORDER?
Absolutely. You will receive the following email updates:
- immediately after purchase to confirm your order
- when the print is shipped. It will contain a tracking number
- after the print is delivered.
WHAT DOES YOUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE MEAN?
Your satisfaction is very important to me. That is why I ask you to get in touch with me immediately if something does not meet your expectations. I will find a solution to your concern, whether by remaking the print or in the form of compensation.
Providing your email address and referring to the "Satisfaction Guarantee", please describe the defect as accurately as possible. Please send at least two photos of the defect to make an initial qualified assessment possible.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Despite extensive and secure packaging, shipping damage can unfortunately never be 100% ruled out. If there is already visible damage to the packaging during delivery, please check the contents in the presence of the delivery person.
If you have noticed damage in this case, please photograph the damage with your cell phone and refuse acceptance. Damage, for example, due to strong vibration, can also be invisible from the outside and can only be detected after unpacking the package. Please record the damage using two photos and contact me immediately with the pictures of the damage.
I will then contact you and arrange a replacement production as quickly as possible.
REFUND POLICY
The artwork I sell on this website is custom-made to order. For this reason, it is not eligible for returns except if the artwork is damaged during delivery. In this case, the instructions above would apply.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?
All transactions are done using PayPal or Stripe secure payment systems.
All payments through these services are encrypted. I do not have access to your credit card information.
If using PayPal or Stripe is not an option, please get in touch with me to discuss the possibility of making a bank transfer.
Pressing the "PayPal" button will take you to the PayPal site, where you can pay from your PayPal account if you have one. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can log in as a guest and pay with a credit card, without having to set up an account.
Pay with a Card: This option uses Stripe to process your credit card.
Both PayPal and Stripe are 100% secure and are two of the leading e-commerce platforms in the world.
PayPal also offers two additional payment options:
Buy now, pay later option allows you to pay in 4 interest-free payments.
PayPal credit option lets you pay over time, interest-free if you pay in full within six months on purchases of $99 or more.
Once your order is placed, I send your artwork to the print lab to begin the production process.
I will be in direct communication with you, keeping you updated on the entire process, from placing the order to the expected delivery date.
If you have questions regarding which style of artwork will suit you best, please visit the Prints & Framing page for a description of each print media type.
SHIPPING
DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
I offer free shipping anywhere within the United States, Canada, Europe, and the United Kingdom.
To receive a shipping estimate for other countries, please get in touch to let me know what artwork you would like to purchase and what size is required. Please note that "free shipping" includes shipping by ordinary registered mail. Please get in touch for prices and availability if you need expedited shipping for time-sensitive orders.
For non-EU countries, depending on the country of delivery, you may incur customs duties, import VAT as additional costs as well as extended delivery times. These vary from country to country.
There are several countries the print lab I work with cannot ship to. If your country is not listed on the shipping information on the Shopping Cart page then please get in touch with me to arrange courier delivery.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKED AND SHIPPED?
Your print will be packaged securely and professionally in custom-made packaging by the print lab. The print lab will ship it directly to you (or to a frame shop of your choice).
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRINT?
Shipping can take 1 to 3 weeks, depending on your chosen medium and location.
I will update you on the entire process and let you know when your artwork is printed and shipped and the expected delivery date.
CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM SIZE?
Yes, in most cases you can. Please note that custom-size prints should maintain a specific ratio to ensure that no parts of an image are cut off during the printing. Please get in touch with me to let me know what size you would like to have, and I will get back to you to let you know if this size can be printed and how much it would cost.
WHAT PRINT MEDIA DO YOU OFFER?
I offer the following types of prints:
- Ultra HD Acrylic Glass Print, glossy
- Matte Acrylic Glass Print, glare-free
- Loose print on Fine Art Hahnemühle Baryta or Pearl paper for color photos and
- Loose print on Fine Art Ilford Baryta paper for black-and-white photos.
You can find detailed descriptions of each type of print and framing I offer on the Prints & Framing page.
DO YOU OFFER FRAMING FOR YOUR ARTWORK PRINTS?
Due to the variety of frames available on the market, I believe that my Clients should have a full control over the choice of a frame. This is why I offer frameless Acrylic Glass prints that do not require framing and look contemporary without a frame. The Acrylic Glass print is the preferred option for the majority of art collectors today. However, I can have your print framed upon request, and I currently offer an Aluminum ArtBox frame, in black or silver aluminum. Here you can find the description of the frame I offer.
I would happily discuss your requirements and suggest a solution.
The reasons why I do not offer many framing options are:
- Acrylic Glass prints look amazing on the wall frameless, having a clean, modern, and contemporary look.
- There are hundreds of framing options on the market, and I would not like to limit your selection to just a few options. The best and most cost-efficient solution for the Client is to take the print to a local frame shop and choose a frame that matches the print and the decor of your home or a working environment.
- Frameless Acrylic Glass prints reduce the purchase and shipping costs significantly.
